“One who is always attentive and uses his wits, one who is well-versed with the skills of ruling, one who has control over his mind and body,  one who never forgets the good done to him, one who is dharmic, only he can rule his kingdom long-lastingly”, advised  aptly, though with deceit, the wicked Shurpanakha to Ravana.
